A woman visiting Atlanta entrusted the care of her 2012 Chrysler 300 to a valet service. They gave her car away to a thief.
Probably this news story wouldn't have happened if the hotel hadn't charged their distressed guest $2 for a packet of M&M's. It so angered her, in combination with her car being stolen with the assistance of the valet staff, that she got a local television news station involved.
How could a valet parking service screw-up so badly? And why did the hotel put an invoice for the M&M's under her door? Why not just give her all the M&M's she wanted? They gave her car to a thief, after all!
